Belpahar English Medium School (BEMS), Belpahar, was established in 1968 with a clear mission: to offer English-medium schooling that combines academic rigour with character formation. Located in Belpahar, Jharsuguda district, Odisha (PIN 768218), the school has grown with the town — adding classrooms, laboratories, library resources, sports facilities, and safe transport options that families in the region rely on.

Today BEMS is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi, preparing students for the ICSE (Class X) and ISC (Class XII) examinations. Our focus remains holistic: strong fundamentals, co-curricular participation, digital-age learning where appropriate, and steady communication with parents — so that students develop confidence, discipline, and respect for community.
